Alimentos con Omega 3

El organismo necesita el ácido graso Omega-3 para funcionar adecuadamente. Interviene en la formación de las membranas celulares; la formación de las hormonas; el correcto funcionamiento del sistema inmunológico; la correcta formación de la retina y el funcionamiento de las neuronas y las transmisiones químicas. Una carencia de de este ácido graso en el cuerpo puede causar una rotura en la comunicación en el cerebro.

Es por ello que me he dado a la labor de encontrar una pequeña lista de alimentos que contienen naturalmente el omega 3.

Había que mencionar algunas variantes como la Nutella que contiene avellanas, peor desconozco por completo la información sobre su verdadero origen, así que no puedo precisar.

El bebé Real de Kate y William de Inglaterra

La duquesa y el príncipe William acaban de tener a su retoño, apenas el 22 de julio. Y cómo yo he seguido prácticamente todo su desenvolvimiento noviazgo, boda, hasta un artículo hice de su probable no fertilidad, debo quedarme callada. Es Kate Middleton quien a sus 31 años ha tenido a un pequeño de 3 kilos 800 gramos y que al día siguiente salio del hospital a mostrarnos al pequeño.

Los padres se vieron contentos, y la tradición no se dejo para otros días, lo cual no me sorprende. La Monarquía Inglesa aún conserva esos momentos que suenan a medievo pero que llenan de ilusión, magia y sobretodo turistas las islas británicas. A esas horas hace un año moría la pequeña víctima de las drogas Amy Winehouse. Al final Inglaterra es noticia cada año en las mismas fechas.

Un país relleno de  contrastes como todos. El pequeñito que se ve será de grande estatura y grandes manos, es el tercer en la línea de sucesión al trono. Y al escribirlo me siento tan extraña porque acostumbrada a las Repúblicas y esas cosas de políticos con democracias (aparentes) que hablar de un rey, una princesa y un pequeño bebé es como de otro tiempo.

Sin embargo, eh aquí lo valorable del asunto y mi concentrar la atención en esta pareja a pesar de representar un dejo geopolítico e histórico. En particular tengo la creencia de "cómo vaya la familia así irá la sociedad" palabras de Juan Pablo II, pues bien, me creo que la familia real cree en la familia tradicional, conforma una pareja de madre, padre e hijo.

Formaron un matrimonio que tardo años en consolidarse como pareja para llegar al altar, sean cual sea los compromisos, esperar un tiempo juntos con esos nuevos papeles y después lanzarse a la aventura de ser padres y procrear. Ahora con un hijo al que orientar.

Me parece un claro mensaje de cómo debe ir la sociedad, cómo debe conformarse una familia, con qué felicidad debe recibirse a un hijo, qué celebrar, qué anunciar. Esta es una imagen, es una representación de lo que prosigue, de lo que es la familia en sociedad. Seguramente no viven un cuento de hadas todos los días (ni las hadas existen) y Kate seguramente tuvo una labor de parto de cerca de 10 horas, así que en diferente manera se viven problemas.

Hagamos y compartamos de la felicidad de este pequeño, con su familia, como una representación de muchos que llevan a cabo todo ese proceso, noviazgo, matrimonio y ser padres felices que festejan, gritan y emocionan con la llegada del nuevo ser a su familia.

EL PODER DE CADA DÍA

Sin embargo, me gustaría agregar que esa acción debe ser un acto de amor. Cada acción del día si está puesta o hecha con la buena intención de amor, tiene más allá de lo creíble un impacto extraordinario , no sólo para ese día sino para muchos  años más.

Las campañas publicitarias de estas marcas están basadas en un cierto de realidad y aunque hay una tendencia muy marcada en mostrarse siempre los salvadores o donadores de muchas bondades, debemos admitir que el mensaje llega. Habría que desglosar, quitando la cáscara y comerse el fruto, esto es...el mensaje que SÍ debe ser tomado.

Porque como ellos bien lo han dicho, no vivimos en Chips de Computadora, ni aunque nos lo hayan dicho desde el espacio, no somos un pixel. Sin embargo tenemos en nosotros  un poder, el de la voluntad, el de la acción. Es en las pequeñas cosas que podemos hacer un cambio y no precisamente una innovación, simplemente realizar ese cambio extraordinario desde el interior.

Las religiones así lo han dicho, y no está demás recalcarlo, Jesús realizó un acto de amor incomparable que tiene aún un impacto extraordinario en nuestras vidas y en las de muchos otros. Hagamos lo posible por hacer lo propio aunque sea en actos pequeños, impactemos el futuro con nuestros pequeños actos de amor.

The stork brings babies? from Paris...from Alsace!!! part 1

The story about the babies are worn for a stork and in addition that which worn comes from Paris, we can assure that actually all this myth has come really from France, but from another region less known by the world, Alsace.

Alsace is a region dedicated to the production of the white wine, principally, and the stork is one of the symbols that identify the region. Being more precise it is the white stork that emigrates from Africa and looks for humid places as Spain, Germany and this region of France. Previously, use to say that it was doing it principally for the climate, but lately there has verified that is for the food the principal aspect that this animal prefers this region than other one. 

When the stork emigrate? Beginning of February. The macho comes and takes possession of the nest of the previous year.
